The cost of using MedCollect is based on the number of users per the groupings below. Your monthly cost to use MedCollect is based on the number of seats authorized to use MedCollect through your Customer ID. The number of seats using MedCollect through your Customer ID is determined by the number of passwords issued under your Customer ID. By way of example, the purchase of four (4) seats would cost the subscriber $199 per month and would entitle four (4) people to use MedCollect at the same time (concurrently).

There is no limitation on how many different individuals can use MedCollect under the four seats purchased, however, the use of MedCollect would be limited to four users at the same time (concurrent users). Likewise, there is no limitation on the number of locations from which you could use MedCollect as long as there were no more than four users using MedCollect at the same time (concurrently).

The current pricing schedule is as follows:
1 - 3 concurrent users - $149
4 - 6 concurrent users - $199
7 - 9 concurrent users - $249
10 and greater - call for quote

Within 30 days of the original purchase, you also have the option to purchase 1 year of use up-front for the following discounted amounts:
1 - 3 concurrent users - $1,500 for 1 year
4 - 6 concurrent users - $2,000 for 1 year
7 - 9 concurrent users - $2,500 for 1 year
(over 16% savings over monthly payments!)
10 and greater - - call for quote

MedCollect provides you with the ability to adjust the number of concurrent users by adding or deleting users through the User Accounts screen within MedCollect. Your subscription fee is applied each month based on the number of concurrent users you define on the User Account screen.
